Prisco Appoints New President Of Digital Division

Newark, NJ, March 31, 2008 - Printers' Service (Prisco) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Zunde as President - Prisco Digital Division. Prisco, the global leader in pressroom chemistry and offset process-control equipment, today announced the appointment of Steve Zunde as President of their Digital Division, effective April 1st. 2008. Zunde will be responsible for driving the company's strategy and operational execution into the digital arena, as Prisco continues its rapid growth within the graphic arts industry.

Mr. Zunde brings more than 20 years of successful global executive management experience, having led several businesses to be leaders within their specific market segments within the graphic arts industry.

Mr. Zunde joins Prisco from Hewlett-Packard Company where he served as President of Scitex Vision Americas until the acquisition by HP, and then filled several business planning and strategic roles within HP's Imaging & Printing Division. Prior to his role as President of Scitex Vision Americas, Mr. Zunde held senior management positions within Scitex Corporation Ltd. where he served as the President of Karat Digital Press, a successful startup and joint-venture between Scitex and KBA and initiated by Mr. Zunde, which was then fully acquired by KBA with Mr. Zunde then serving as the President of KBA's digital division in North America.

Prior to this, Mr. Zunde was the President of International Paper Companys' global printing chemicals business which was then acquired by Fuji Photo Film of Tokyo. Mr. Zunde has a degree in Business Administration, and is also a graduate of the executive leadership program at Harvard Business School.
