LithoTechnics Expands Team

Press release from the issuing company

Sydney, Australia, February 28, 2008 – LithoTechnics, Inc., developer of Metrix, award-winning automatic, intelligent job planning and imposition system, announced today the expansion of its International and North American sales and support team to handle the growing demand for Metrix.

Pete Carnell joined LithoTechnics Pty Limited in November. Pete's role as International Sales and Support Manager will focus on assisting customers and dealer channels in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Asia. Pete was most recently with Serendipity Software as International Support Manager, though his skill in managing customer support is matched by his proficiency in software testing and QA. Pete's 17 years of industry experience has afforded him an extensive knowledge of prepress workflow, augmented by his technical grasp of systems and processes. This has provided Pete with a holistic overview and perspective valuable in understanding and implementing Metrix as a critical link in the entire chain of print production and its infrastructure.

In January, Joel Honea joined the Sales and Customer Support team at LithoTechnics, Inc., the US subsidiary. Joel brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from both the production and software vendor sides of the printing industry. His 18 years in the industry have provided him with a unique customer-focused approach, having had the opportunity to learn first-hand "in the trenches" at Banta Corporation and most recently at Motheral Printing Company. Joel's customer support expertise was largely gained during his five years with ScenicSoft's fabled Technical Support & Training Group, where he was a training and support specialist for Preps and UpFront. While at ScenicSoft/Creo, Joel was responsible for the original Installation and Deployment Guide for what is now Kodak UpFront.

"We are very pleased to have Pete and Joel on board," said Rohan Holt, founder of LithoTechnics. "Their experience and broad technical expertise are important assets as we go through the growth we are now experiencing."
