Jeff Fuchs Becomes GEI WideFormat National Service Manager

July 10, 2008 (North Canton, Ohio). Mr. Roger Ilgen, President and General Manager of GEI WideFormat, a Visual Edge Technology Company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Jeff Fuchs to the position of National Service Manager for this growing wide format imaging solutions enterprise. Mr. Fuchs will report directly to Mr. Ilgen and will be responsible for all aspects of the service organization including training, dispatch and professional services.

"Jeff has nearly twenty years of technical service and training experience in the imaging solutions and office equipment industry and we're very pleased to have him join our team," said Mr. Ilgen. "The increased demands and service forecasts from our equipment manufacturer clients throughout North America require a highly experienced professional like Jeff to lead our service teams."

Mr. Fuchs began his career with Graphic Enterprises of Ohio in 1989 as a field service technician. He progressed through positions in service management as well as territory sales to his most recent position as Service Operations Manager for the VisualEdge of Ohio management team supporting both Graphic Enterprises and Copeco Inc. He was responsible for managing all set-ups, deliveries, installations and training for office equipment as well as overseeing the dispatch and warehouse functions. He holds an associates degree in electronic engineering from Stark State College and resides in Alliance, Ohio.
