Press release from the issuing company

New York, N.Y. (June 16, 2008) – Océ Business Services, a leader in document process management and electronic discovery services, has been ranked the No.1 document process outsourcing (DPO) vendor for the second straight year and named to the prestigious "50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors" list by the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing annual user survey.

Océ Business Services was ranked No. 1 on a list of 20 top global DPO vendors. The company was also ranked No. 34 on the "Top 50" list. Océ placed in the highest ten percent of all firms judged in each survey area: C-Level Commitment, Human Capital Performance, Corporate Direction and Leadership Impact. Rankings are based strictly on responses from client surveys.

According to Scott Wilson, Partner, Brown-Wilson Group and co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing, "Océ Business Services ranked among the top suppliers due to its continuous focus on customer satisfaction in document process management services. The company's ability to successfully engage and manage outsourcing relationships is recognized by Océ clients."

For eight weeks each spring, Brown-Wilson Group - authors of The Black Book of Outsourcing (Wiley Publishers) – surveys outsourcing users and C-level officers to gain a decision-maker perspective on the global services industry. After a stringent external auditing process, the responses of nearly 24,000 buyer executives determined the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing rankings.

Developed in 2004, the Black Book's annual study is recognized as the only independent industry standard for customer satisfaction in the global services industry. Over half of the responses are gathered from CXO-level and governance respondents.

Companies named to the Black Book list are ranked the 50 highest among 4,207 global outsourcing suppliers of various service lines and locations. Companies that qualified for the 2008 Black Book 50 include 1,690 suppliers from 45 countries, each receiving at least ten verifiable client ballots. Vendors cannot influence or opt out of the balloting process.

"Océ Business Services is pleased to be recognized as number one in document process outsourcing and one of the top 50 best-managed global outsourcing companies," said Elizabeth Halaki, chief marketing officer of Océ Business Services. "The Black Book rankings reinforce our commitment to help clients improve their operations, reduce costs and enhance their overall business success."
