CC1 and Wilcor Canada Ltd. announce the signing of a Distribution Agreement for all of Canada

May 10, 2007 -- CC1, Inc. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, the leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art Automatic Color-to-Color Register Controls and Video Web Inspection Systems for web printers, announced today a distribution agreement with Wilcor Canada Ltd. to market, sell, install and support CC1’s complete portfolio of products for the Web Press Industry. Wilcor Canada of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada is an established dealer of graphic arts equipment for the Web Printing Industry. Wilcor has over 10 years of experience dealing with other leading manufacturers such as Tensor Web Presses, Fincor Drives, Quickset, and Meg Tec. CC1 and Wilcor have been in talks for months on how to increase CC1’s presence in Canada both in sales and service. “Wilcor’s knowledge of the Graphic Arts Industry and their strong market presence make them an ideal candidate to represent our full line of equipment in Canada,” said Robin Mills, Executive Vice President and General Manager of CC1. “I am pleased to be able to offer our products to a Canadian Dealer that provides value to both CC1 and the customer,” remarked Roger B. Under the agreement, Wilcor will represent CC1’s complete product line which includes the eXaminer Color-to-Color Register Control for the newspaper market, the CRC-610 Color-to-Color Register Control for the commercial and label market, the Visionary Digital Web Inspection System for all web applications and retrofit Motorization Packages for all web presses.
