Tom Hoft Joins Workflow Management As Division Counsel

New York, N.Y., October 8, 2007 -- Workflow Management Inc., one of North America’s leading providers of document and business communication services and promotional products, announced that
Thomas W. Hoft has joined the business as division counsel for WorkflowOne. In this newly created position, he will report to Scott Seymour, general counsel for Workflow Management, Inc., and be based in Dayton, Ohio.
Previously, Hoft served 19 years at Senco Products, Inc., most recently as division counsel and corporate secretary.  In this position, he managed legal affairs for start-ups in Colombia, Mexico, China, Korea and the United States. He also handled litigation, product liability and intellectual property, as well as other legal matters for the corporation. Hoft attended Westminster College where he earned a BA in Political Science; he then went on to receive his J.D. at the University of Missouri.
As division counsel for WorkflowOne, Hoft will be responsible for litigation management and contract negotiations of purchasing, sales licensing, distribution and joint ventures  He will also manage legal, financial and compliance matters at the division level as well as perform due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and liquidations.
