Phil Trembly Promoted to National Sales Manager of GEI WideFormat

Press release from the issuing company

October 5, 2007 (North Canton, Ohio). Mr. Roger Ilgen, Vice President and General Manager of GEI WideFormat, a Visual Edge Technology Company, has proudly announced the appointment of Phil Trembly to the position of National Sales Manager of this growing wide format imaging solutions enterprise. Mr. Trembly has recently held the positions of Eastern Region Dealer Sales Manager as well as Business Development Manager for GEI's Canon USA account.  He will now lead the entire national wide format sales operation while still maintaining his key role on the Canon business.
"Phil brings over thirty years of large format industry experience to this critical leadership position in our company," said Mr. Ilgen. "His tremendous work ethic, strong business development skills and training expertise have been instrumental in building our wide format business; especially with his continuing successes in creating multi-manufacturer customer solutions such as his Colortrac and Canon MFP program."
Mr. Trembly began his career teaching drafting and then moved on to selling design engineering products.  He opened his own repro shop in the late 80's and was a digital printing technology pioneer using Xerox hardware and PLP software. He became a Xerox Engineering Systems Representative in the late 90s and moved to GEI WideFormat in 2005.
"The GEI WideFormat sales organization is constantly focused on creating customized enterprise solutions for our customers and developing the innovative large format products that give our dealers the competitive advantage," said Mr. Trembly. "I look forward to meeting with all our customers and dealers across the country in the very near future."
