Think Patented Announces Introduction of New Digital Workflows

Press release from the issuing company

DAYTON, OH -- October 4, 2007 -- Kenneth O. McNerney, President and CEO of Think Patented., a leading provider of marketing services and graphic communications headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, announced that the company has successfully completed the installation of a variety of digital workflow advancements; ones that create additional workflow capacity and upgrades the productivity of the entire facility. Efficient and new workflow solutions utilizing Kodak PrinergyTM and the implementation of ePaceTM, an integrated print management system, have proven benefits in augmenting communication, planning work more efficiently and all while saving time substantially. These new introductions arrive as a follow-up to the two recently installed Xerox NuveraTM 120 Digital Presses and exciting and new marketing opportunities offered through xmPIETM variable software.
McNerney comments: "A large goal for 2007 was to combine traditional and digital production from a prepress perspective. Prinergy brings that to fruition today, in ways that weren't even discussed a few years ago. We now have one, comprehensive workflow and that's without regard of whether it is a large book with ten thousand copies or a highly personalized piece going to 150 recipients. Additionally, ePace enables us to enjoy an integrated, browser-based print management system for all the major elements of our business. We have information available to us from anywhere in our physical plant."
Eric Roberts, Vice President, Sales and Marketing explained: "Prinergy represents everything that is expected today in a modern, digital workflow. Embellishments on how we manage PDFs, color management, trapping and screening would all have been enough, but the level of automation that Prinergy is capable of supporting makes it an intuitive technology beyond our expectations.
Eric Fisher, IT Manager states that: "ePace, offers us a level of communication that's unprecedented. We are now embracing the benefits  of real-time management for estimating, production management, inventory, purchasing, data collection, accounting, shipment, and more."
