Press release from the issuing company

(June 12, 2008) The Boylan Printing Group will add a new Goss M-600 web press at its facility in Drogheda near Dublin, Ireland in the summer of 2008.

The four-unit press will be equipped with the new JF-60 combination folder with single-chopper quarter folding capabilities. A PFF pinless former folder module will also allow production of four- and eight-page signatures. Goss International will supply a Contiweb CS splicer, Ecocool dryer and Omnicon control system with the new press.

Gerry Boylan, managing director for the Boylan Printing Group, says the company is investing to gain a competitive edge in the region and to address the evolving needs of customers. "The print quality, efficiency and overall performance of the M-600 press are highly proven," Boylan explains. "We look forward to bringing those advantages to our customers throughout Ireland and in the UK."

The Boylan Printing group provides a wide range of commercial and publication printing services. The family owned business also operates two Goss M-850 presses.
