Admore Earns FSC Certification

(Macomb, MI) – June 3, 2008 – Admore, an Ennis, Inc. company, is the first Ennis facility to receive the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody Certification. Admore’s Macomb, Michigan facility received certification on February 28, 2008 (# SGS-COC-004308). FSC is an international organization that brings people together to find solutions which promote responsible stewardship of the world’s forests. The certification gives Admore the ability to place and print the FSC logo on projects that meet the strict standards of FSC criteria.

The mission of the FSC is to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests. The FSC gives the assurance that forest management does not put the forest’s natural heritage at risk and that the management activities efforts are appropriate.

Bill Tignanelli, General Manager of Admore, said, “This certification continues Admore’s efforts to provide environmentally responsible products. The Admore staff can advise distributors on a green approach to design, production and manufacturing processes on all of our presentation products.”
