Sun-Times News Group Selects InnerWorkings, Inc.

Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, Nov 19, 2008 -- InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading global provider of managed print and promotional solutions to corporate clients, announced today an enterprise print procurement and management agreement with the Sun-Times News Group, the premier source of local news and information for the greater Chicago area.

As part of the two-year engagement, InnerWorkings will provide managed print services to help the Sun-Times News Group achieve targeted savings on the printing related to community guides, directories, maps, rack cards, labels, posters, signs, stationery, catalogs and magazines. Previously, each of Sun-Times News Group's media properties -- The Chicago Sun-Times, The Beacon News, The Courier News, The SouthtownStar, The Herald News, Lake County News-Sun and The Naperville Sun and Post-Tribune -- handled the sourcing, buying and management of their printed materials from various points, with numerous suppliers and little enterprise leverage.

"InnerWorkings brought into focus our need for a standardized process for print sourcing, buying and fulfillment. We are confident that InnerWorkings' approach will deliver our printed materials in a quality manner while generating substantial savings," said Kevin King, Vice President of Operations at the Sun-Times News Group. "InnerWorkings' approach especially resonates in these tough economic times where cost savings initiatives such as this allow us to extend critical budgets for core activities."

"Our clients such as the Sun-Times News Group are increasingly seeking the resources and expertise from us to deliver meaningful savings in the procurement and management of their printed materials," said Eric D. Belcher, President and Chief Operating Officer at InnerWorkings. "We are pleased that the Sun-Times recognizes the value of our quality-focused, end-to-end comprehensive solution in an often-overlooked spend category."
