Print Distributors Install Four51's Products

Press release from the issuing company

MINNEAPOLIS - Feb. 12, 2008 - Four51 Inc. announced today that eight U.S. print distribution and management firms have chosen to implement an advanced, no-cost feature set that integrates Four51's application and SAP Business One, a leading back-office accounting system for small and midsize companies from SAP.

The combination of Four51's e-commerce technology with SAP Business One's powerful accounting, order processing and real-time analytics makes the Four51 platform a complete business management environment for buyers, sellers and suppliers of indirect goods. Print distributors who have evaluated the streamlined workflows now available in Four51's e-commerce software foresee immediate savings in employee time spent entering data.

"We devoted 28 hours a week to re-keying and reconciling information in Four51 and our back-office system," said Robert Bernier, president and CEO of Signature Media Group in Minneapolis. "With an integrated system, I can grow my business without adding headcount."

Prograde, a print distributor based in Cincinnati, is replacing its e-Quantum distribution management system with Four51's SAP integration. Prograde is also an early beta tester involved in helping Four51 shape the functionality of its SAP system.

"By being actively engaged in the design process, we were able to guide the development of features critical for print distribution," said Dan Schroer, president of Prograde. "The advanced reporting, inventory management and specification toolset will greatly streamline our business, resulting in higher revenue and increased profits."

Last week, Four51 announced that distributors can acquire the entire Four51 business management platform, including integration with SAP, at no cost through Connect Four51, a supply chain management program that allows suppliers to offset technology costs.

"Closing eight deals in just a few months is a great momentum-builder for Four51 and SAP, and the pipeline for new deals is very strong," said Tim Morin, executive vice president at Four51. "We believe our innovative, no-cost solution for print distributors is unmatched in the industry today."
