Press release from the issuing company

NORCROSS, GA February 14, 2008 - Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading distributors of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America, has announced the expanded implementation of RoadNet, a transportation management system (TMS), throughout its delivery network.

"This new system significantly lowers our operating expenses, even in light of escalating fuel costs, by providing us the capability to strategically manage our delivery resources," said Tom Shortt, President – Supply Chain for Unisource.  "We believe our implementation and use of RoadNet are unique to the distribution industry and continue to set Unisource apart from our competitors.

"RoadNet allows us to improve service quality by providing a higher level of reliability to our customers," said Shortt.  "The RoadNet system is just one of the many initiatives we continue to implement on our path toward achieving an operationally excellent distribution model throughout our company."

Cyndi Brandt, Marketing Manager for UPS Logistics Technologies, the provider of RoadNet, said, "Unisource has optimized our system to a level that is unique when compared to other applications. They are analyzing the data provided at an extremely detailed level to benchmark expected savings and then driving accountability by measuring the results compared to expectations. Their process clearly differentiates them from other distributors."
