HUDSON, N.H., Feb. 4 -- Presstek, Inc. , a leading manufacturer and marketer of high tech digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts and laser imaging markets, today announced the appointment of Kathleen Makrakis to the position of Director, Investor Relations.

Ms. Makrakis has over 30 years of financial management and investor relations experience across a wide variety of industries. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University in New York. Most recently, Ms. Makrakis served as vice president, investor relations for Alpharma, Inc., a leading global specialty pharmaceutical company.
