Komori America Promotes Alex Wekerle to Service Manager

Rolling Meadows, IL, April 3, 2007 -- Komori America Corporation, a premier manufacturer of sheetfed and web offset printing presses, today announced the promotion of Alex Wekerle to regional service manager. In his new position, Wekerle is responsible for Komori service in the central East and central West regions. His expanded responsibilities will also include managing a team of service coordinators strategically located in the central regions. Wekerle joined Komori two years ago as a service coordinator, hired to assist with service related technologies including installations, pre-installation meetings and managing client relationships by fielding service-related calls from customers. Prior to his career at Komori, Wekerle held the position of assistant service manager at Muller Martini, a global organization that manufactures, markets and services a full range of post-press finishing equipment. His position at Muller Martini entailed assisting with a wide range of service issues. “We are very happy to announce the promotion of Alex Wekerle to service manager,” said David Haier, vice president, service, Komori America. “With Alex’s in depth knowledge of our presses and keen understanding of our customer base, we know he will serve our clients to the level they have come to expect from Komori. His proven leadership abilities will ensure his continued success in this very important position.” Wekerle resides in McHenry County, IL with his wife, Tammy, and two children.
