Press release from the issuing company

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Dec. 12 - Kodak hired John T. Anderson as Flexo Product Manager, Americas, Packaging Products, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group (GCG).
Prior to joining Kodak, Anderson served as a Technical and Education Director of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), North America. Anderson also held technical positions at the European Flexographic Technical Association and the Welsh Center for Printing and Coating at the University of Wales Swansea, both in the UK.
"John Anderson brings a compelling combination of technical and educational experience in the flexo market to Kodak and our customers," said John Cross, General Manager, Packaging Products, GCG. "We're excited to have Anderson join Kodak and support our flexographic plate products in the important packaging segment."
In his position, Anderson drives efforts to grow sales of current products and successfully launch new products in the United States, Canada and Latin America. The portfolio includes analog flexo plates, as well as the recently announced KODAK FLEXCEL NX Digital Flexographic System, which enables packaging printers and converters to achieve near offset quality and improve productivity.
"I believe that the FLEXCEL NX Digital Flexographic System will be revolutionary for the flexo industry, providing digital resolution while improving press consistency through the flat top dot structure," said Anderson.  "I'm excited to join Kodak to champion this product's commercial introduction and support Kodak's growth towards market leadership in packaging."
Anderson holds a bachelor's in engineering and Ph.D. in physical aspects of screen printing from the University of Wales.
