Goss International responds to Muller Martini patent infringement lawsuit announcement

Press release from the issuing company

“Goss International believes that lawsuits commenced in Delaware and Minnesota by the Muller Martini Companies and announced last week are an attempt to divert attention from the patent lawsuit currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois that Goss International commenced against the Muller Martini companies in 2005,” according to Goss International CEO Bob Brown.
“Goss International is confident that it will prevail in both the Delaware and Minnesota lawsuits based on non-infringement and patent invalidity.  Additionally, in each of these new cases Goss International has asserted a counterclaim against the Muller Martini Companies, based on another Goss patent that was not asserted in the 2005 litigation, and Goss International anticipates that it will prevail on these counterclaims as well,” according to Brown.
