Press release from the issuing company

NEW YORK, Dec. 3 2007 - CaseData, Inc., a leader in electronic discovery services that was acquired by Oce Business Services last year, is now operating as the Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions division of Oce Business Services. The division offers law firms and corporations a full range of document imaging, records management, electronic and paper discovery, forensics, and Web-based data review and production services.
"In addition to a new identity, our division has a unique approach, which we term a Unified eDiscovery Platform," said Douglas Bean, Vice President and General Manager, Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions, Oce Business Services. "This approach recognizes that clients increasingly want to implement solutions that link records, compliance, and legal discovery. Our ability to meet this need is now stronger than ever."
Since its CaseData acqusition, Oce Business Services completed a number of initiatives that include launching a northeast region litigation support facility; introducing significant enhancements to its dataDeliver(TM) ASP document review system; and releasing its groundbreaking industry research report, "Dawn of the Discovery-Ready Enterprise," which defines an advanced, proactive approach to discovery readiness. Oce also was named a "Top Provider" of electronic discovery services by the prestigious 2007 Socha-Gelbmann Survey.
