International Truck and Engine Partners With Innerworkings, Inc

Chicago, IL  November 26, 2007 - InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading provider of print procurement solutions to corporate clients in the United States, announced today an enterprise print procurement and management agreement with International Truck and Engine Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navistar International Corporation.
As part of the three-year engagement, InnerWorkings will provide managed print services to help International achieve targeted savings across a broad range of print categories, such as brochures, catalogs, production manuals and print on demand. In addition to print procurement, InnerWorkings will also be providing warehouse and distribution services through its supplier network.
The selection of InnerWorkings follows extensive research by International. "InnerWorkings demonstrated to us that their end-to-end comprehensive solution will address our print procurement, warehousing and distribution needs," said Tom Akers, Chief Procurement Officer for International. "We were impressed with InnerWorkings' experience in successfully implementing large-scale procurement solutions."
InnerWorkings will also provide dedicated onsite personnel at International's corporate headquarters in Warrenville, Illinois. These professionals will utilize InnerWorkings' PPM4 technology to manage the print procurement process.
