Heidelberg Makes Supervisory Board Changes

04/05/2007 -- The following change has taken place in the shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg): Prof. Clemens Börsig (58) resigned his seat on the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the Heidelberg financial year on March 31, 2007. He had been a member of the Board for more than eight years. On April 3, 2007, the Mannheim Court of Registration appointed Dr. Siegfried Jaschinski (52), Chairman of the Management Board of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, as his successor. In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code, Dr. Siegfried Jaschinski will be nominated for election by the shareholders in a separate agenda item at this year's Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2007. The regular elections for all shareholder representatives are to be held at the Annual General Meeting in 2008. Dr. Siegfried Jaschinski is earmarked as one of the new shareholder representatives for 2008.
