Finch Introduces New Sheet Sizes for New HP Indigo Presses

Press release from the issuing company

GLENS FALLS, N.Y., Aug. 3 -- Finch Paper is pleased to introduce six new, larger Finch Fine iD sheet sizes to run on the recently introduced Model 5500 HP Indigo presses.
All six treated, uncoated digital papers are fully approved by HP to assure superior toner adhesion and minimal press downtime. In addition, all Finch Fine iD products carry the certified labels of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) program and the Forest Stewardship Council, "The Independent Assurance for Responsible Forest Management."
In addition to the current 12" x 18" sheet sizes, Fine iD Bright White sheets, in text weights of 50 lb., 70 lb. and 80 lb., are now available in 13' x 19" sheets to take full advantage of the capabilities of the new Model 5500.
Similarly, in addition to the existing 18" x 12" items, Fine iD Cover Bright White sheets, in weights of 80 lb. cover (10 mil), 100 lb. cover (12 mil), and 100 lb. cover (14 mil), are now also available in a new 19" x 13" size.
All of these new items are manufactured to deliver 98 brightness and excellent opacity, formation and smoothness with no surface flaking and superb resistance to blanket memory.
All of these new, larger sheet-sized items will be available in moisture resistant digital cartons on August 15, 2007.
"Superior performance and competitive pricing make these new Finch Fine iD items another example of why Finch is the best value in paper," said Richard J. Carota, chairman, president and CEO of Finch Paper.
