QuadTech Appoints William Bai as General Manager of China Office

August 10, 2007 -- QuadTech has appointed William Bai as General Manager of its China operation as of June 1st 2007. William brings a wealth of experience and will be developing and overseeing QuadTech’s business enterprise in China’s ever expanding print market.
William graduated from the prestigious Beijing University with a B.S.c degree in Software Engineering and a M.A. in the development of computerized accounting systems gained, from the Chinese Research Institute of Finance and Banking. He spent 11 years working for The East Asiatic Company, which specialized in the international distribution of graphic arts equipment.
His career also includes posts for Heidelberg as General Sales Manager, four years working for Scitex Creo as Business Development and General Manager and most recently as General Manager at AVT. Along the way William has gained many influential contacts throughout the industry and his accrued technical know-how will be of great value to QuadTech in Asia.
William commented “I am looking forward to the challenges ahead, QuadTech already has a formidable reputation for being at the forefront of printing technology in the USA and Europe, we aim to repeat this in China by focussing on issues for reducing waste and increasing productivity and efficiency for printers throughout the market.”
