Allied Pressroom Products Introduces Plate Ace and Dynamight CTP

Friday, July 27, 2007

Press release from the issuing company

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- July 26, 2007 -- Allied Pressroom Products has introduced two new plate cleaners specifically engineered for today’s most popular brands of CTP plates. Allied’s Plate ACE and Dynamight CTP have passed all chemical resistance tests on the leading CTP plates (chemical resistance reports are available).
“Plate ACE contains an increased amount of desensitizing compounds and metal surface conditioners not found in other plate cleaners,” notes Allied CEO Rick Sures. “We want to offer plate cleaners that eliminate plate problems, not cause them. Plate ACE is engineered to reduce plate sensitivity on press. This results in a reduction of both waste and press downtime.”
Dynamight CTP shows no image degradation with any of the major CTP plates in the industry. According to Sures, “Dynamight CTP is an excellent scratch remover and cleaner for large-format CTP plates that exceed 48 inches. Large-format presses (50", 64", and larger) are growing in popularity and require unique specialty products. Dynamight CTP outperforms competitive scratch removers and plate cleaners on large format plates. Dynamight CTP is also an effective short-term storage gum.”
“Our dealers and printers asked us to develop a plate cleaner that removes scratches, scum, and oxidation on CTP plates,” adds Eric London, Vice President Sales and Marketing. “Plate ACE and Dynamight CTP were developed to meet these specific needs for our end users. We listen to our customers and are committed to providing them with specialized solutions for the printing industry,”
