Consolidated Graphics Takes a Stand for Sustainability

Press release from the issuing company

July 24, 2007 -- Consolidated Graphics is bolstering its stance on sustainability through a strategic partnership with American Forests.org, an organization that works to protect, restore and enhance the natural capital of trees and forests. In addition, CGX has secured Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certifications for all of its 68 facilities throughout the United States and in Canada. The FSC is an international organization that brings people and businesses together to develop solutions that promote responsible stewardship of the world's forests.

CGX is also featuring its proprietary internet-based CGXSolutions CrossMedia technology via its Annual Report enabling customers and investors to participate in a campaign that supports its initiative with American Forests. Through this innovative campaign, CGX will plant a tree through American Forests for those individuals who opt-in to the program from a special CGX website, www.cgxforyou.com.

"Our partnership with CGX is special and unique to our cause," said Deborah Gangloff, executive director of American Forests. "CGX is taking its sustainability initiatives seriously by not only making a corporate commitment, but by inviting its investors and customers to join in."
