July 16, 2007 -- Komunik Corporation/Datamark Systems Group Inc. Komunik Corporation (“Komunik”) and Datamark Systems Group Inc. (“Datamark”) are pleased to announce that, on June 8, 2007, the Superior Court of Quebec issued the final order approving the arrangement (the “Arrangement”) between Komunik and Datamark pursuant to section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act and that Komunik and Datamark have completed all steps contemplated by the Arrangement, effective June 12, 2007. The Arrangement was approved at a meeting of the shareholders of Datamark held on June 7, 2007. The entity (the "Combined Entity”) resulting from the combination is named Komunik Corporation and its common shares are listed, effective on June 13, 2007, for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol KOM.
The following persons have been appointed directors of the Combined Entity and shall hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Combined Entity: Alain Paquin, Sébastien Demers, François Paradis, Jean Bourbonnais, Patrick Préfontaine and François R. Roy.
