GPA Honors Salespeople Of The Year

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, IL. Feb 25 2008 – During its 2008 Kickoff Banquet, GPA recently named their 2007 Salespeople of the Year. Each year, one outside and inside sales representative is awarded this distinction for going above and beyond the call of duty for providing outstanding service to customers and the company. The Outside Sales award went to Stacey Inal and the Inside award went to Dawnielle Balli

To earn the title of Salesperson of the Year, a candidate must exhibit superior organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail and relationship building, as well as meet GPA's other stringent criteria.

"Stacey had an unbelievable year in 2007. Not only did she have her first child but she had a spectacular year at GPA. She is a consummate professional and has unquestionably earned the title of Salesperson of the Year," said Jim Bender, West Region General Manager.

Stacey's life led her in the direction of sales from a young age. As a child she had an interest in marketing and advertising that grew while serving sodas and voicing radio commercials for her parents' restaurant. She pursued that interest as an adult, earning her Business undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix in New Mexico.

A Phoenix resident, her territory covers Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. She has close to 10 years of industry experience where she stays involved by belonging to the Printing Association of Arizona and Arizona Women's Leads Group.

"What I appreciate most about GPA is they help me to achieve the balance between work and my family. The support of the company has made all the difference," said Stacey.

Dawnielle discovered her passion for sales at a young age. Walking through a Seattle market with her mother at 5, she recalls being engrossed with the atmosphere and selling. She joined the printing industry as a teenager, and has been working in it for over 20 years.

"In 2007 Dawnielle overcame some personal adversity and went on to advance the business by bringing on many new relationships to GPA. Her selfless approach to account management leads to her customers viewing her as a value-added resource. Her creativity and enthusiasm is contagious," said Dave Maucieri, Director of Sales & Customer Service for the Central Region.

Based out of GPA's corporate headquarters in Chicago, Dawnielle's territory covers the Southern United States and Latin Americas. She brings a blend of strategic and hands-on product knowledge with the trends that are shaping the printing industry today.

Beyond her role at GPA, Dawnielle is very active in the community. Her involvement includes the Printing Industry Association of the South, Printing Industries of Gulf Coast PIGF, Printing Industries of Arizona PIAZ, Phoenix Advertising Club, Arizona Direct Marketing Association, Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Little Village Community Council and the Chicago Latino Business Networking Group.
