HP Chooses Migo for Imaging and Printing Group Partnership

Press release from the issuing company

November 26, 2007 - REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - Migo Software, a global provider of content mobility and security software, today announced an agreement with Hewlett-Packard's Imaging and Printing Group for Migo products inclusion in HP's Marketing Partnership Program, an initiative that connects HP's customer base to preferred solutions from 3rd party software publishers in key market categories.
"We are very pleased with the expanding nature of our partnership with HP, which could not come at a more exciting time in our product development cycle," said Rob Halligan, Migo's chief operating officer. "With our launch this fall of the largest number of new products and upgrades in our company's history, HPs choice to include many of these products this holiday season in such a strategic initiative as the Marketing Partnership Program is a testament to both Migo's breadth of offering and the competitive value each of our brands brings to HP customers."
"Migo's ability to offer our top-tier distribution partners like HP a fresh and compelling range of solutions to serve the exploding content mobility lifestyle is already proving a significant foundation from which to build deeper and more successful relationships with our partners," continued Halligan. "We are thrilled at the prospect of what such deeper partnership deals like HP's Marketing Partnership Program represent for both Migo and the continued adoption of our brands and technology in the market," he concluded.
HP's Marketing Partnership Program is an integrated multi-faceted initiative to offer HP customers additional synergistic and strategic software products for sale after the original HP hardware product is purchased. As part of the HP agreement, six Migo products will be offered within the program, including the industry-leading Migo Registry Repair and Migo's award-winning flagship product, MigoSync and MigoSync Premium, as well Migo Digital Backup, Migo Digital Backup Premium and Migo PC Backup Pro 8.0 Server Edition. These products will be made available as either bundles or as standalone products through a range of HP venues including within brochures packed into HP hardware products, new online Smart Deals pages as part of the new HP Marketing Partnership Program on HP.com, and other physical and digital locales.
