WOODRIDGE, IL (November 14, 2007) - Tensor Group, Inc. signed three new contracts during the October IFRA show held in Vienna, Austria.
Tuna Matbaacilik Sanayi, located in Ankara, Turkey, signed an order for two (2) Tensor T-400BE 4-high towers, one (1) H-50 heavy-duty jaw folder and auxiliaries to add onto its existing Tensor pressline. The equipment was sold through Tensor's Turkish agency, Pasifik Trading, and is scheduled to be installed by the end of the first quarter of 2008. Full production begins in May of 2008. Tuna Matbaacilik Sanayi purchased additional Tensor equipment to print four-color school books for the non-heatset book market in Turkey. The firm experienced high sales growth after the successful installation of its first Tensor T-400BE and purchased the new equipment to further satisfy escalating market demands.
MPD, located in Alexandria, Australia, purchased a T-1400 series 4-high tower with motorization package and remote inking. MPD, a commercial newspaper and magazine printer, was so impressed with the quality produced on their existing Tensor presses that the company purchased new equipment to further enhance color quality, as well as for the ease of press operation. MPD will also be converting the existing Tensor towers to include remote inking for enhanced product quality. The equipment was sold through Tensor's Australian agency, National Printing Equipment, and will be installed during the first quarter of 2008.
Vsem Vsem Vsem Print Shop, located in Russia, signed an order for three (3) T-1400 series 4-high towers and one (1) H-50 folder with commercial quarter folder. They will be printing local newspapers and commercial work on the new Tensor equipment.
