Océ's Skrzypczak Appointed to the Board of Advisors of Fordham University Schools of Business Administration

TRUMBULL, CONN. November 19, 2007 - Océ, a global leader in digital document management and delivery systems, announced that Joseph D. Skrzypczak, President and CEO of Océ North America, has been appointed to the Board of Advisors of Fordham University Schools of Business Administration.
As a member of the Board of Advisors, Mr. Skrzypczak will provide assistance and advice to Fordham-s undergraduate College of Business Administration and Graduate School of Business Administration. The board is comprised of a distinguished group of highly experienced corporate, academic and other professionals who share their expertise to build the value of the Fordham educational experience. Members of the board interact with both faculty and students for advice and guidance, provide internship and career placement opportunities, and promote the goal of serving the community in the New York region.
Mr. Skrzypczak is presently President and Chief Executive Officer of Océ North America, Inc., headquartered in Trumbull, Connecticut. Mr. Skrzypczak oversees the Océ operating units in the United States, including sales, service, marketing, product procurement, finance, administration, and information technology. He previously served as President of Imagistics International Inc. prior to its acquisition by Océ N.V. Prior to joining Imagistics, Mr. Skrzypczak served as Chief Operating Officer of Dictaphone Corporation. Mr. Skrzypczak began his career with Price Waterhouse and Pitney Bowes Inc.
Mr. Skrzypczak lives in Newtown, Connecticut with his family. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
