CGS Appoints Grapheast Computers, LLC as Distributor for Gulf Region and the Middle East

Press release from the issuing company

HAINBURG, Germany--March 29, 2007-- CGS Publishing Technologies International GmbH announces today that it has appointed Grapheast Computers, LLC, Dubai as the central distributor for the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East countries, after initial sales have already been made. Grapheast is a large operation with offices throughout the region, run by industry professionals. It has gained a reputation as the distributor of Adobe's product portfolio, among others, and also operates its own royalty and rights free image data base. Unlike other companies in the area, Grapheast and its team of application specialists solely serve the graphic arts, printing and photo industries. In order to be close to the customer and provide tailor-made solutions, Grapheast operates offices throughout the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East. Heiner Mueller, executive sales director, CGS, said, "Grapheast is the ideal partner for CGS. They bring impressive knowledge to the table, and have excellent contacts in all of the region's countries. For some time, CGS has added distribution partners in strategically important regions, assuring further growth and we are pleased to cooperate with a professional company like Grapheast. It is our philosophy to not only provide unique high-end products which guarantee a quick return of investment for the customer, but also maintain the same high level of local service and expertise throughout the world." John Boutros, general manager, Grapheast, adds, "We were impressed by the range of CGS' ORIS line of products, which are much more than just a proofing solution. Today a customer expects uniform color output from all of his digital devices, no matter whether it is a printing machine, a large format plotter or an inkjet proof printer. CGS products offer the highest possible quality without compromising the ease of operation. Most impressive are also CGS products like Ink Saver, which optimize press output, creating huge savings and process benefits for the user. You can immediately see that all products were created with a user in mind who wants a high level of standardization and automation, combined with an intuitive interface that is very easy to operate." Grapheast will show the complete range of CGS products and high-quality inkjet media for the first time at the forthcoming Gulf Print 2007 exhibition, booth EG 51.
