Aptara Announces Minimum $29 Million Contract Extension With Bowne & Co.

FALLS CHURCH, VA, Nov 12, 2007 -- Aptara, Inc., a global leader in integrated content transformation solutions, today announced an agreement with Bowne & Co., Inc. on a multi-year contract extension. The extension has a minimum aggregate value of $29 million and will cover a broad range of composition and data conversion services. Aptara has provided these services exclusively to Bowne since November 2002.

Bowne provides financial, marketing and business communications services around the world. Dealmakers around the world rely on Bowne to handle critical transactional communications with the greatest possible speed and accuracy. Founded in 1775, it is the second most senior company on the New York Stock Exchange and the world's largest financial printing company.
