RR Donnelley Receives U.S. Postal Service Partnership for Progress Award

March 28 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company today announced that the U.S. Postal Service recognized RR Donnelley with the prestigious 'Partnership for Progress' Award. Postmaster General John E. Potter presented the award during the March 26, 2007 National Postal Forum general session. Potter recognized RR Donnelley's efforts to advance the use of mail services and their commitment to the notion of mail as a viable business solution in presenting the award. "We continue to develop solutions for our customers that help them fully to use the power and responsiveness of mail for quickly and affordably delivering content," said John Paloian, RR Donnelley's Chief Operating Officer. "We are honored and delighted that our efforts in developing capabilities that help to streamline processes and deliver mail deeper into the postal system have been recognized by the U.S. Postal Service. This demonstrates the depth of the relationship that we have developed with the U.S. Postal Service, as we work together to build solutions that create value for our customers." The Partnership for Progress Award is presented annually at the National Postal Forum. The award recognizes industry leadership and innovation. "RR Donnelley's unique OneSite(SM) reporting system, extensive co-mailing resources and track-and-trace capability all reflect our commitment to working with the U.S. Postal Service as we develop solutions for our customers," added Dan Scapin, President of Logistics and Distribution for RR Donnelley.
