Huston Patterson, packaging firm, creates private airline for clients

Press release from the issuing company

June 20, 2007 -- DECATUR, ILL. – Client service is reaching new heights at Huston Patterson Corporation...literally. The Decatur, Ill.-based package printing company recently created HPx Air, a private aviation company that will serve as the primary concierge carrier for Huston Patterson and Sigma Graphics clients east of the Rocky Mountains.

“HPx Air allows us to cater to clients’ travel needs when we bring them to our headquarters. We handle every detail, and offer the security, comfort and convenience our clients deserve. HPx Air’s exceptional service is just another way of ‘exceeding our client’s expectations,’” says Huston Patterson President/CEO Thomas W. Kowa.

HPx Air’s Cessna T206 aircraft features the latest avionics packages for all navigation and weather conditions. HPx Air Captain Jean Wood has logged more than 31,000 hours in commercial aviation, and has earned a reputation during his career for commitment to safety, service and dependability.

HPx Air utilizes small, executive-class airports that offer easy access for arrivals and departures. Private car and rental car service is arranged by Huston Patterson staff.

“HPx Air works with aviation officials to assess security measures and requirements,” says Kowa. “All passengers must present two forms of identification, and the pilot has the right to inspect passengers and luggage. All maintenance inspections meet or exceed Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) provisions for fractional aircraft providers.”

HPx Air is based at Decatur Airport in Decatur Ill. The service is FAA licensed (N 35932) and U.S. insured. Huston Patterson’s Chief Experience Officer Jeanice Gillett will coordinate HPx Air travel. For more information, visit www.experiencetheevolution.com.
