(ELIZABETHTOWN, KY, USA - 19 June 2007)  Flint Group Pigments announces that effective 1 July 2007 Ms. Frauke F. Meissner will assume the position of Vice President and General Manager, Flint Group Pigments, Europe Region.
Ms. Meissner will replace Mr. Hans Olschner upon his retirement in July.

Ms. Meissner brings strong experience to the position, including over 20 years with BASF, XSYS and Flint Group in various positions. During that time she has served as Product and Marketing Manager - Pigments for Automotive Coatings; Sales Manager, BASF Printing Plates; Export Director, BASF Packaging Inks; Head of Packaging Inks, BASF Printing Systems, and most recently, Vice President Corporate Procurement, Flint Group Europe.

Ms. Meissner holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wurttembergische Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie - Stuttgart, Germany.
