Bordeaux Printers Merges into L+L Printers

PARAMUS, N.J., –– The NAPL Print Consulting Services Group announced today that Bordeaux Printers (www.bordeauxprint.com) located in Santee, CA, will merge into L+L Printers (www.llprinters.com) located in San Diego, CA.
 
The announcement was made by John Hyde, NAPL Vice President, who provided merger and acquisition advisory services. "This transaction significantly expands L+L Printers in the greater San Diego marketplace," said Hyde. "In addition to this merger, L+L is buying new press equipment and taking on added real estate at a time when many others have put away their checkbooks."

Bill Anderson, president of L+L Printers stated, "We began discussions with Bordeaux Printers earlier this year as a way to grow our company through strategic acquisitions.
