Vigitek was purchased in May of 2008, and is the leading designer and manufacturer of 100 percent print inspection technology.
 
For over 30 years, the QuadTech name has been earning recognition and acclaim around the world for its register and color control technology. The company is widely recognized for its commitment to service excellence and product innovation. The name change from Vigitek to QuadTech Ireland not only provides a brand unity, but also increases exposure of the state-of-the-art, print-defect detection technology to those global customers familiar with the QuadTech name.

In addition to a change in the company name, the former Vigitek products will also be renamed to fit within the QuadTech family of product offerings.
