The K100 Roll Unwinder module features an integrated five-roller dancer system to buffer the paper and a pneumatic dancer lift to quickly load paper rolls.  The K100 Roll Unwinding Module was recognized for UL Certification due to its intelligent controls combined with electronic monitoring making it possible to communicate with all types of printing and inserting systems, and with all kinds of document finishing modules. 

The K105 Roll Unwinding module is a light version of the K100 with a simplistic design and focus on essential function to achieve Kern’s standard of ease of use, speed, and efficient production. 

The K110 Roll Rewinding module offers precise torque control ensuring optimal rewinding quality.  The entire module is electronically synchronized and capable of communicating with a variety of printing systems. 

Kern’s line of pre and post processing products exceed rigorous evaluation of product safety by Underwriters Laboratories.  Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an independent, not-for-profit product safety certification organization that has been testing products and writing standards for safety for over a hundred years.
