Press release from the issuing company

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (January 23, 2008) — Marketing collateral can now be designed, printed and delivered with brand integrity anywhere in the world, thanks to Customer+, a proven Web-to-print portal newly linked to a network of quality digital color print service providers, launched today by Responsive Solutions and HubCast.

Until now, there has not been a simple, accessible way to provide marketing communications collateral to diverse branch offices and distributors around the globe, while still being able to centrally maintain control of design and brand integrity.

Customers can now print close to where the marketing materials are needed, making a just-in-time approach to managing the print supply-chain possible and cost effective. Marketing management can centrally control what content is available for release and who is approved together with their spending limits.

Customer+ provides a much-needed bridge between corporate marketing production, on-demand print production and delivery logistics," said Toby LaVigne, chief executive officer of HubCast.

"This is the answer to one of marketing's biggest headaches," said Frank Miller, chief executive officer of Responsive Solutions. "Marketing managers now have full control of design, branding, colors, and templates, while branch offices gain convenience and more efficient logistics."

Users can change only what they are permitted to change and thus the design integrity is protected. The system provides complete procurement management control for managing spending levels and controlling costs by department. The system is available 24/7, so service levels to international branches and channels of distribution are much improved compared to conventional approaches. This avoids the delays that come with time-zone differences that can interfere with turnaround times. The user interfaces are available in local languages, to permit greater ease of learning and use.

Corporations that have multiple country or channel distribution can offer improved service in every location and avoid many shipping costs and delays. The digital graphics needed for custom design and branding projects can be made easily available via the Web portal, in the right format and resolution for the intended use. Campaigns can also be presorted and postal optimized before they are actually printed creating additional potential savings.
