Ken Field, Sr. Awarded Quadracci VISION Award

Sewickley, PA, January 10, 2008— Ken Field Sr., president and chief executive officer of Continental Web Press, Inc., has been named the recipient of the Web Offset Association’s (WOA) tenth annual Harry V. Quadracci VISION Award…for leadership, achievement, and visionary excellence in web offset printing.
The Harry V. Quadracci VISION Award is conferred to a web offset industry executive who has reached an unsurpassed level of excellence and achievement in the industry. WOA created the award to highlight the spirit of industry pioneers, whose hard work and determination create a vibrant, growing, and changing industry.
In 1973, Mr. Field founded Continental Web Press of Illinois, a high-quality printing company, employing over 200 people.
Mr. Field has not achieved his great success alone. Diane, his wife of 40 years, has been with him every step of the way and manages finances and day-to-day business operations while serving as executive vice president and treasurer.
In addition to running an $80MM printing company, Mr. Field has found time to give back to the industry that he loves so much. Among other things, he has been:

The Harry V. Quadracci VISION Award will be presented to Mr. Field on Sunday, April 27 at the Renaissance Hotel, in Schaumburg, Illinois, as part of the WOA’s 56th Annual Management and Technical Conference, now entitled Offset & Beyond.
