Tim Kutz Named Senior Vice President and CIO At Unisource Worldwide

NORCROSS, GA (August 28, 2007) – Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading distributors of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America, has named Tim Kutz, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He will report to Unisource Chief Administrative Officer John Sills.
"With his industry knowledge and expertise, Tim Kutz will make an immediate contribution to Unisource"s growth and success," said Sills.  "He has previously worked on many Unisource-related information technology projects, including systems implementations and information technology strategy and methodology development."
Kutz was most recently a partner for Accenture – a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company – and had worked in its Global Forest Products Practice since 1999.  He has more than 20 years of information technology experience in the paper manufacturing, forest products and distribution businesses.  Prior to Accenture, as an Order Fulfillment IT Director, Kutz led a four-year, $30 million order fulfillment information technology implementation during the latter part of his 11-year tenure at Union Camp Corporation"s Fine Paper Division.
In 1987, he earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and operations research as a magna cum laude graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
