May 23, 2007 -- Printing and Imaging Association of New York State, representing graphic communications firms in New York State, Northern New Jersey and Northwestern Pennsylvania, has scheduled sales training programs for its membership in two locations in June 2007. Increase Your Print Sales consists of two separate workshops, both presented by nationally recognized sales trainer Sid Chadwick, President of Chadwick Consulting. Mr. Chadwick has over 30 years experience in account development and strategic marketing management in business to business environments and is a contributing columnist to a variety of graphic communications publications including Printing Impressions, American Printer, Graphic Arts Monthly and the Printing Industries of America Print Management Series. Development of Sales Team Performance is being held from 8:00 to 12:30 am on June 7, 2007 at the Hotel Pennsylvania, New York City, NY and June 8, 2007 at Genesee Community College, Batavia, New York. This program focuses on how owners and sales managers can improve the performance of their sales teams through an ongoing program to develop the personal, technological and organizational skills of their sales teams. Business Performance Indices that Impact Your Profits - and aren’t on the Ratios Studies Reports is being held from 1:45 to 5:00 pm on June 7, 2007 at the Hotel Pennsylvania, New York City, NY and June 8, 2007 at Genesee Community College, Batavia, New York. This program guides owners, sales managers and business development managers in looking at key performance issues as a methodology to evaluate and improve sales rep performance. It also examines different pricing strategies to increase revenue and profits and utilizing “activity-based costs” to improve short and long-term performance. Print Sales University Print Sales University (PSU) will be introduced and utilized during the Increase Your Print Sales sessions. PSU is a curriculum system for developing a graphic communications sales team’s competence and performance. Too many companies in the graphic communications industry are lacking in customer and business development performance and knowing how to “create demand”. PSU will provide an ongoing template for informative and productive sales meetings.
