Press release from the issuing company

Oakdale, MN – March 7, 2007 – During Graphics of the Americas in Miami, NELA and NewsTech came to a general agreement regarding the co-operation between the two companies. NewsTech is adding NELA to its representation of companies in the Latin American Market. The non-exclusive agreement defines the countries in which NewsTech will support NELA and its products. NewsTech will support NELA in their sales efforts as well as after-sale technical service. Jorge Suarez, Sales Manager for Latin America: “I am very happy to have a strong partner on our side for the countries included in our co-operation. Their knowledge and network will help us to provide better service to our existing and future customer base.” NewsTech’s Vice President Diego Rovito states: “Admittedly, NewsTech is late to the CTP dance, but we see tremendous synergies and a lot of business opportunities for those manufacturers that can offer us good products and solid support. This agreement with Nela fits perfectly within this strategy. Nela is a reputable company that clearly values the role of a distributor with more than 80 years of combined experience servicing the Latin American and Caribbean Printing Industry.”
