Exstream Software Cited as Leading Provider in Celent's Insurance Software Deal Trends Reports

Press release from the issuing company

June 11, 2007 -- Exstream Software, Inc. today announced it has been named a leading provider of insurance document management solutions by Boston-based Celent, LLC for a third consecutive year in the latest edition of its “Insurance Software Deal Trends 2005-2006” reports published this month. Based on its deal volume, Exstream was cited in the document management category in both the property/casualty and life/health/annuities editions of the report. Exstream was also cited in Celent’s Traction Index. The document management category includes the creation of policies, certificates, and correspondence.

“The leading providers named in the reports are active in the insurance vertical,” said Craig Weber, senior analyst in Celent’s insurance group and author of the reports. “That gives them excellent insights into the unique needs of insurance carriers. Leaders in our Traction Index are demonstrating strong market momentum among insurers, which gives them the kind of experience that many carriers are looking for.”

“Celent’s continued recognition of Exstream’s success in the insurance industry is a great achievement,” said Michael Charest, group vice president of insurance solutions at Exstream.  We continue to focus on document automation solutions that alleviate the inherent complexity of document creation and delivery in this competitive industry. This year we introduced an exciting extension of our Dialogue software, Dialogue Live, which provides customer-facing employees with the flexibility and autonomy they need to complete interactive, point-of-need, personalized documents of all types for clients on demand. It provides yet another avenue for making insurance a faster, more flexible, and more customer-focused industry.”

Leading insurance providers around the world, including Aetna, AIG, Aflac, Ameritas, American Family, CIGNA, Concord, CSAA, Guardian, Great American, HealthNet, Humana, Penn National, ING, TIAA-CREF, and Oxford Health Plans, have chosen Exstream’s Dialogue enterprise document automation solution to streamline complex document processes and connect more effectively with customers.
