MAN Roland names Garry Curran District Sales Manager in the Midwest

Press release from the issuing company

Westmont, Illinois — Garry Curran is bringing his 30-plus years of graphic arts experience to MAN Roland Inc., becoming a District Sales Manager in the Midwest. He replaces Paul Haass, who is retiring after a successful sales career with the pressmaker. In his new post, Curran reports to Al Reijmer, General Manager of MAN Roland’s Central Region. He is responsible for providing MAN Roland pressroom technology and services to printers in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Western Iowa. “Before joining MAN Roland, Garry was Vice President of Sales at World Press Printing in Fenton, Missouri,” Reijmer says. “He managed and trained the sales force, increased sales and market share, and established sales cycle and prospecting methods. That means he has experienced first-hand the challenges printers face and how to turn them into opportunities.” Curran also has hands-on expertise on the supplier side of the industry. He served for over 20 years as a Heidelberg USA sales representative in the Midwest. He also has extensive experience running and managing prepress operations. “These days, the printer with the most productive workflow wins,” Curran says. “So it’s a good feeling working for the company that leads the industry in improving pressroom productivity.”
