RR Donnelley Completes Purchase of Banta Corporation

CHICAGO, Jan. 9 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company today announced that it has completed its previously announced purchase of Wisconsin-based Banta Corporation, a provider of printing, supply chain management and related services. The $1.3 billion acquisition agreement was announced on October 31, 2006.
