Muller Martini teams with U.S. Marines to bring toys and a message of hope to children during the holidays

Press release from the issuing company

Hauppauge, New York – The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve “Toys for Tots” Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December, and distribute those toys as holiday gifts to local children. For the third year in a row, Muller Martini Corp. of Hauppauge, Long Island teamed with the Marines to gather toys for donation to these children. “We consider it a privilege to take part in the Toys for Tots program, serving our community as a company and as individuals, helping to make the holiday season more enjoyable for children,” said Werner Naegeli, President and CEO of Muller Martini Corp. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders. Employees at Muller Martini contributed hundreds of toys to the effort and presented them to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve during a special ceremony held at the company’s headquarters in Hauppauge. “I’m especially proud of our kind and thoughtful employees throughout Muller Martini, who once again demonstrated their commitment to this very worthy cause, generously giving their time and energy, collecting toys that we hope will bring a smile to the faces of young people in need here on Long Island,” continued Mr. Naegeli.
