Bonnier Selects Onstream Media to Provide Digital Media Services for their Magazine Brands

POMPANO BEACH, FL – May 2007 – Onstream Media Corporation, a leading online service provider of live and on-demand, digital media communications and applications, today announced it has signed an agreement to provide a full suite of digital media services to help power Bonnier Corporation’s new social networking and online community-building initiative for all of its leading magazine brands such as: Parenting, Babytalk, Popular Science, Field & Stream, Outdoor Life, SHOT Business, Yachting, Motor Boating, Salt Water Sportsman, SKI, Skiing, TransWorld SKATEboarding, TransWorld SNOWboarding, TransWorld SURF, TransWorld Motocross, TransWorld Ride BMX, QUAD: Off Road Magazine, TransWorld Business, Saveur, Spa, Islands, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Garden Design, Home Miami, Home Fort Lauderdale, Caribbean Travel & Life, Cruising World, Sailing World, Power Cruising, Florida Travel & Life, Resorts & Great Hotels, Boating Life, WaterSki, Sport Fishing, Sport Diver, Fly Fishing in Salt Waters, Kite Boarding, Marlin, Wind Surfing and Wake Boarding.

Under the agreement, Onstream Media will leverage its industry-leading Digital Media Services Platform (DMSP) to provide turnkey, user generated video processing, storage, streaming and professional services for more than 40 Bonnier magazine brands that will be grouped by consumer interest into multiple social network sites.
