Press release from the issuing company

CLEVELAND--Dec. 11, 2006-- St Ives Inc US Division has been awarded the Best of the Best in the 2006 Best Workplace in the Americas competition. St Ives was recognized for exemplary human resources practices in its U.S. facilities, located in Ohio (Cleveland) and south Florida (Miami and Hollywood). The award is given to printing companies that provide a superior work environment for their employees. The winning companies are recognized for actively showing employees that the company cares about the employees' work environments, personal goals and ambitions as well as the needs of the company. Respected human resources professionals from the graphic arts industry review the submissions. Entries are judged on eight criteria: Management Practices; Work Environment; Training and Development Opportunities; Financial Security; Workplace Health and Safety; Work-Life Balance; Recognition and Rewards, and Health and Wellness Programs. "We are honored to be recognized by our industry as being a company that provides a superior workplace," says Wayne R. Angstrom, President & CEO of St Ives Inc US. "We are especially proud to have achieved this recognition across all of our U.S. printing facilities." Angstrom is also pleased to announce that St Ives Inc Cleveland has won five Premier Print Awards (including a much-coveted Benny), 15 PIANKO Print Excellence awards and six Gold Ink Awards in separate competitions. St Ives won the Benny at the October 15 Premier Print Awards in Chicago, the graphic arts industry's most prestigious international printing competition recognizing the top work from 5,500 entries in 28 categories. St Ives' Benny, one of three awarded in Ohio, recognized the printing excellence of the Somerset Collection magazine.
