Domino Printing Sciences plc is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the equity in Easyprint A/S from Easyprint Holding ApS and Vald.Nielsen & Son Export A/S. Easyprint A/S, based in Karlslunde, Denmark specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative thermal transfer overcoding (TTO) equipment. The value of net assets acquired is approximately DKr 2 million. Nigel Bond, Group Managing Director of Domino Printing Sciences plc commented, "We are pleased to welcome Easyprint A/S to Domino. Combined sales of Mectec and Easyprint in the twelve months prior to acquisition are the equivalent of approximately £8m."
