Press release from the issuing company

June 4, 2007 -- Printable Technologies, Inc., leading provider of Web to Print workflow and Variable Data Printing (VDP) solutions, today announced the appointment of David F. Thompson – a recognized leader in the enterprise marketing solution space, working directly with corporations and with their service providers – to the newly-created position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Most recently serving as president and CEO of Saepio Technologies, where he led the company through a major growth phase, Thompson has a strong background in delivering Software as a Service (SAAS) as well as marketing commercial printing equipment from Didde and DuPont.

“We are extremely pleased to have Dave join us. He is uniquely qualified to lead the sales and marketing for Printable and his vision for the company is completely aligned with our strategic direction. Dave understands the special needs of our market and he'll be instrumental in continuing to execute the growth strategies we have implemented during the past several years,” said Coleman Kane, CEO and President of Printable Technologies. “Dave’s skills and abilities will add nicely to our executive team’s bench strength. His varied experience with companies ranging from a start-up to a large, global corporation is invaluable.”

Thompson’s career has been focused in the print industry with a strategic emphasis on assisting print service providers transition from the “ink-on-paper” business to the “marketing services” business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University (Penn State).
